(2) (5:1) But thou, Beth-lehem Ephrathah, which art little to be among the thousands of Judah, out of thee shall one come forth unto Me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth are from of old, from ancient days.
Micah 5:2 concerns Jesus. Meditate om the origins of Jesus.
And behold! You will conceive in your womb and bear a Son, and you will call His name Jesus.
So, The Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold! The virgin will conceive and will bear a son; and she shall call His name Immanuel.
“Behold, The virgin will have a babe in her womb and will bear a son, and they will call His name Emmanuel” (which translated is, God with us). Isa. 7:14

and coming to be found in figure as a man, He humbled Himself, coming to be obedient until death, even the death of a cross. (9) Because of this also God highly exalted Him and gave Him a name above every name, (10) that at the name of Jesus “every knee should bow,” of heavenly beings, and earthly beings, and under the earth beings, (11) and “every tongue should confess” that Jesus Christ is “Lord,” to the glory of God the Father. You have heard the blasphemy; what do you think? And they all condemned Him to be guilty of death. Mark 14:64 MKJV
Jesus was killed not because He made Hinself 'a' god, as He is seen today by a subgroup of Christianity, but because in Judaism He made Himself God who is YHWH, the Creator in Genesis (John 1).
YHWH cannot be translated in any language. In English, the word that refers to YHWH is 'the LORD or Lord'. In John 13:13, Jesus acquiesces to be YHWH.
